We collect information you provide when creating your account (email), setting up your household, adding pets, and tracking habits. This includes pet details, habit completions, appointments, and photos you choose to upload.
Your data is securely stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure (Supabase). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you join a household, other members can see shared pets, habits, and completions. You control what you share by choosing which household to participate in.
If you enable notifications, we store a device token to send you reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
If you use address features, we use Mapbox to search locations. We do not store or track your location.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Contact us at support@pawmark.app and we will process your request within 24-48 hours.
